AKA: How Raven Named the Birds

Raven conned all the birds one day to seek a better feast some distance away in preference to a wonderful dead whale just washing up in their area. Then he enjoyed himself to the fullest. On returning, wiser, the birds were about to lynch Raven, when he discovered they had no names – how unfortunate – Raven must give them names and distinctive features. He gave Robin his red breast, Jay a blue coat, and so forth. They forgot to lynch con man Raven.
