From the colophon:
This book was printed and bound by Margaret Calvin of Old Harbor Press. The text was handset in 14-point Bembo and 12-point Bembo Italic types and printed on an Original Heidelberg platen press on Mohawk Letterpress Text paper. The illustrations were engraved on endgrain maple blocks. Some of these incorporate Eskimo masks in which, traditionally, an upturned mouth indicates a man, while a mouth which is turned down represents a woman.

Three thousand copies are bound with James River Graphika cover paper and French Speckletone endsheets, both of which are recycled papers. Two hardcover limited editions are bound in Roma, a handmade Italian paper; the endsheets are Fabriano Ingres, a mouldmade Italian paper. The illustrations were printed from the original wood engravings and each book includes a print handpulled by the artist. The books have archival quality materials, are signed by the author/artist and are limited to fifty copies each. One of these editions has a Japanese style binding and is printed on Mohawk paper. The other is printed on Arches Text Wove paper and has an accordion type binding.

Original price: hardcover, accordion bound: $120.00; hardcover, Japanese binding: $55.00; softcover: $8.95
