An Athabascan tale from Yukon River country. Raven fell in love with a beautiful goose and they married but Raven couldn't keep up with the geese when they flew South and they had to abandon him on a piece of driftwood. He gathered more driftwood and made islands of them but he was a long time finding his way back to his village.
