Editor's note: Calhoun Avenue – located in Juneau, Alaska – is where DeArmond lived with her husband from 1953 until 1991, when they moved back to Sitka. This print was created in 1962, a year where most of Dale's time was spent carving many of the wood blocks and pulling a few color separations and proofs for her upcoming Raven series, which was completed the following year in 1963. The tree, as depicted in Dale's print, no longer stands.
Featured in the book Dale DeArmond – A First Book Collection of Her Prints.
